My 1999 White GT205 has the 22hp Briggs Intek V-Twin in it and after it was down the the season last summer and sat all winter, I wanted to get it working again after what U thought was a failed governor gear that turned out to be missing linkage between the carburetor and the governor. Excited that I wouldn’t have to tear the engine apart like I anticipated, I thought I should probably overhaul the carburetor as well. This kit had everything I needed to get my engine running beautifully! After a soak in my ultrasonic cleaner with done Simple Green HD, the carburetor was ready for reassembly. Parts from this kit fit really well except for the o-ring that goes around the jet going into the main metering tubes. It was too big in its profile to fit within the plastic tube that surrounds the metering tubes. Still had the old one, so I just reinstalled that. Now, the mower works awesome again!

All gaskets were good and of the correct size, except for the two jet o rings. They were so large that they both split up on installation. Ordered correct size o rings from a different supplier which fit correctly.

I cannot yet comment on longevity of the gaskets, but all fit the Nikki v-twin carb as they should have. I believe there are some extra parts inside the bag that are nice (they sure make you wonder if you got the carb back together properly though!). Considering the price difference of a Briggs factory kit to this chinese kit, I recommend this for the money... and that's coming from a guy who raced Briggs motors in karting for nearly a decade and loved (and only bought) factory stuff).

The gasket set was mostly good. It had a few un-needed items, which wasn't a surprise, and did include the most needed parts which fit perfectly. Unfortunately, it was missing the two teeny o-rings for the two fuel metering jets. Luckily, the ones on my two jets were still ok, so I could re-use those to complete my clean-up and rebuild. I would purchase this kit again, if needed, but it would be great if it also included the really teeny 0-rings for the jets.

Prefect Nikki double barrel rebuild kit. I do recommend getting new jets when you go this far.
