I got the 7-inch Digital Picture Frame (Acrylic Video Frame) as a gift, and it was a perfect choice! They loved it, and the picture/video quality is clear and crisp. It’s really easy to use, and the frame looks sleek. Definitely a great option for a thoughtful gift!

I absolutely love this frame. I was able to upload a little video to it with sound and the frame plays it on a loop beautifully. Great price and perfect size for a desk or bookshelf.

the display quality and sounds are great. i had to get a USB to USB-C adapter to use the cord provided to connect to my Macbook. i was kind of in a hurry to get it set up because i wanted to surprise my partner before he got home, it was easy peasy for PHOTOS, i had 45sec long video i wanted on here so clicked and dragged, ejected and unplugged and only the photos were showing, the “movie” file was not supported so i have to cut and convert my .mov file to a GIF and that still wasn’t working so i converted the GIF to an MP4 and the system was able to process and display that!wish there was more instructions on how long a file can be/and how to troubleshoot, it just says 2GB on the manual.i was able to figure it out with EZGIF.com for anyone else who needs converting!

Update: it broke in such a short time, not lasting————————The acrylic frame makes it looks very nice and upbeat. Very ease to use and simple set up. I plugged in the usb for easy photo transfer and the speed was quite fast with the cord provided.

I got this for an anniversary gift and it ended up coming out perfect.However, the installation instructions on how to set up things are horrible.The cable provided did not work to transfer files so I had to use my own usb type c cable . It also does not explain that you have to convert your .mp4 video files into .dvd video format or else it will not display the videoI therfore just went online and did mp4 to dvd conversion and it worked. For photos it's fine but for video, is where it took a while to figure out .Also it does not have an adjustable volume for the video so you have to edit the video to your liking.Good product just bad accessories and instructions.

Easy to plug into a computer to drag and drop media. However it doesn’t support all file types and the pictures look super stretched out no matter the photo or orientation it looks ridiculous. Stay away.
