I chose these to help support my hips and protect my tailbone. We have been playing pickleball quite a bit and noticed my hips would be sore the next day. I tried these on and they fit well, quality of the material and manufacturing seems to be well done. The issue I had is the waistband would irritate the top of my butt! They do not sit as high as on the model, which I think that is the problem. I'm 5'9", 170 lbs, and these are size medium. I tried with and without underwear, no go. I tried tucking my shirt into them, but the shirt just pulled out while playing. I can't say they helped with my hip pain, but I'm sure if I fall, my tailbone will be protected.

My son loved them. They do very well producing him from falls on the basketball court when he gets knocked down. It does very well protecting his tail bone.

I am a fairly athletic 66-year-old. I wear this ACETHO football girdle under jogging pants when playing pickleball. I play vigorously and have taken some hard falls on the court. While I have not been severely injured (yet), hip fractures are among the most common debilitating injuries for seniors. I wear this girdle to help cushion falls; it has light compression and does not inhibit movement.

These shorts offer good padding coverage, though I'd prefer the tailbone protection extend a little further down. They aren't super obvious under loose clothing, but definitely visible. I use them for skating, and the large size and low breathability of the thigh pads in particular can get warm.

I’m really impressed with these football girdle pants! The quality is top-notch, especially for the price—it’s a great value compared to some of the big-name brands. Just used this football girdle in my weekend game and can't wait to share my excitement!
