Very handy for cold smoking and hot smoking small items.I've used these for cold smoking peppers before dehydrating and powdering them. Used them for cold smoking nuts, and the best thing ever was cold-smoked Party Mix.Also good for roasting veggies on the BBQ or in the smoker at higher temps. Just keep your pieces large enough to not slip through the holes and give them a stir from time to time and your veg can have that BBQ taste too!Really though anyone buying these can likely figure out how to use them and what to use them for. They clean up well, are nice and thick so won't warp in the heat, well built.

I bought these smaller grill baskets for my smaller weber grill as the larger ones I had were to big to close the lid. Perfect size.There are small so keep that in mind. Each one is good for a couple servings of grilled veggies.I recommend this product.

These things are sturdy and great for grilling or smoking. I've used these for pork butts 10lbs+, rib roasts, and other meats to make getting the tender finished product off the smoker super easy. I've used these for small items too, grilling chopped veggies and smoking almonds for example. I've tried a variety of grill baskets, but I'll stick with these going forward.

I love these baskets to grill my shrimp and veggies. I had a previous basket coated and the non-stick coating flaked off after a few high heat uses. I decided to try steel and hoped they were not to hard to clean. I use olive oil cooking spray and coat lightly before grilling, and they were easy to clean. These grilling baskets are well made and I would highly recommend.

Holds about three cups of vegetables. Nice, sturdy frame. I love it and will get years of use from it.
