Managed to find my daughter’s favorite color. Durable but still soft and forgiving on feet. Fold up for storage nicely. Easy to transport and super light.

This balance beam is sturdy and won't cave in but not hard like a wooden balance beam where it hurts when you fall on it. Bought for my 6 and 8b year olds. It works well for them.

I do not recommend this product unless it’s for your young children and you are looking for a cheap option. The foam is not firm at all, when I stepped on it to try it out just walking across it, it tilts to the sides/feels like it’s caving in. Hard to describe. But if I planned to use this myself for balance/exercise training or whatever, I wouldn’t be able to use it. I imagine it’s going to break down quickly with a lot of use. Since it is for my young kids it will suit our needs- it’s an affordable option. But I don’t recommend for gymnastics use, etc. I weigh 115lbs. The images of women using it seem unrealistic to me without firm foam that’s stable.
