These are perfect in between plates - when a dinner plate is too big, but a saucer sized plate is too small, this is the perfect Goldilocks plate if you will. They have just enough weight to them to where they don't feel cheap but they aren't excessively heavy. They look exactly like what is pictured.

These are nice, simple white plates. I will be using them for food photography. They are thinner than most of my other plates, which makes them take up less space when stacking. They are glass but almost felt like some sort of heavy duty plastic. They appear to be sturdy. Packaging was excellent, as they were very secure for transport and fairly heavy.

From washing dishes to plating up an entree (both commercially), I have held a lot of dishes. I have gone home at night with my fingers cramping from trying to hold wet, expensive dishes all day.These plates are a very pleasant surprise. Why hasn't someone thought of this earlier? The bottom of the plates have a slightly rough surface that provides you with a sure grip. Walking around a dinner party with plate in hand? These are the plates you want. Grip not what it used to be as you clean up after your meal? These are the plates you want.The plates look great, very high end and not too bright a shade of white. It amazes me how simply easy and useful this design is. These plates are well worth every penny you may spend on them.

The top flap of the manufacturer's box was open inside the shipping box when I received it. The flaps need to be taped shut. That said, the dishes were packed securely between cardboard and foam sheets. All arrived intact.Been using the plates for several weeks in and out of the microwave. The plates have a slight heft and a textured underside that's good for grip. I don't have a dishwasher and I hand wash everything.That said, I don't know how this brand is superior to the gold standard that's Corelle. If I needed more plates and was okay with a slightly smaller size, Corelle offers a set of eight 10.5" diameter "Winter Frost White" Vitrelle plates on Amazon that are only a few cents more per plate.

I was looking for larger size dinner plates for when I serve more than the usual size meal and these 11" opal glass white dinner plates fit my need. I wanted them for large holiday dinners when so many additional items are on the menu, but they'd be great for serving large steaks, a turkey feast, pasta dishes or any dinner meal. They are microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher safe and have an easy to clean surface. They come in black as well as the white ones I got, but I chose the simplistic opal white so they'd more easily match my other current place settings without clashing. They are lightweight and easily stackable in your cupboard and I was very happy with the way they were packaged. There's nothing worse than looking forward to getting new dishes only to have them arrive broken, (which has sadly happened to me numerous times from a competitor) so this was especially important to me. They are carefully packed in both foam and cardboard, so they arrive safe and sound. I've included a photo of them in their box for you to see along with a photo of the plate itself. These opal glass white dinnerware dishes have a clean, minimalistic appearance and are perfect for daily use or special occasions. They'd be a nice gift, as well.

This is great. I tried another brand that had a lip around it and was stoneware, what a disaster - they stacked on the rims and ere very heavy.These dinner dishes are great! They're glass, plenty large enough and stack like a dream. They're also very light and microwave/dishwasher safe. If I get another set I can get rid of all the partials I have, and they will take up less room on the shelf.

I think they look pretty close to my matching Corelleware plates (which are discontinued) so I’m keeping them. But by no means the same. The plate tops are glazed and shiny, but the plate bottoms are not glazed and rough and scratchy. It will probably ruin my glass table top if I don’t use a place mat.
