These aren't amazing, but the price is right. The included adhesive is a nice bonus. These panels won't work wonders, but they really helped with noise in my home office.

I have these things aligning the open in-between spaces of a door in a room in my home. And they improved the leaked sound from the room by at least 70% (random quick-fire number). There is a super clear and noticeable difference. I can't speak for any music studios or any other type of use but these are some very good/great panels. It has a high-quality feel to them; they are not cheap feeling or looking; they have a very productive amount of thickness and firmness to them as well; and plus they have some type of adhesive-like glue to them as well.+In fact, that adhesive might be a little TOO GOOD because it's a little difficult for me to peel it of the door. But the door was also painted without a clear coat, so that is likely a factor in this as well. And I'm ultimately not sure if "being too sticky" is a bad thing here.Good/Great product. At a very fair price for what you get.

I needed some acoustic foam panels to improve the sound quality in my home studio, and these worked perfectly! The egg crate design effectively absorbs echoes and reduces noise, making a noticeable difference in my recordings. The 12x12x2-inch size is ideal for covering walls, and the foam is lightweight yet dense enough to do the job well. Installation was easy—I used spray adhesive to mount them, and they stayed in place without any issues. Plus, they look great and give my studio a professional feel.If you’re looking to improve sound quality for music, streaming, or just noise reduction, these foam panels are a great choice. Highly recommended!

Needed for sound dampening a generator enclosure. It does reduce the noise. A little. Stick on but we used an additional adhesive for our setup. Comes vacuum sealed. They expand with air in a few hours.

I'm not able to verify the acoustic properties of these panels, but they certainly seem to be composed of all the proper materials for absorbing sound waves. In aggregate with many other brands/types of sound absorbing panels, these help to significantly reduce the noise of the power tools in my workshop. Egg carton foam is the gold standard of sound absorption, so you know it'll work.

These were so easy to install. You literally just peel the backing off and stick it wherever you want it. And even though they stick really well and don't fall off, they are also easy to pull off and reinstall. We put these on the door to our basement to block out noise and they are working well. The are thick and absorb a lot of sound.

These are very useful. I'm building a small studio in my home for book narration. I tried these out, and they do a good job of sound suppression. What I like most about them is the adhesive. It really sticks well to surfaces, both porous and smooth.I've used others, but they feel thinner and less dense than these. So far, I'm pleased with them.

I've been trying to find possible products to help with the sound in my new apartment. It's proved to be rather difficult, and there's a lot I don't fully understand about acoustics, so I am definitely no expert in this area. Putting this foam behind the wall behind my stereo setup for my television has seemed to help make the mids (like talking) a little more clear, although only minimally so. Perhaps if I'd bought more of these and covered more of the wall it would help further, but truly this isn't my chief complaint with this foam as this is honestly about what I expected. Good sound design requires more than just sticking eight tiles on the wall.My only real issue with this is that because it is so soft with no real rigid layer, it is INCREDIBLY difficult to line up this foam properly to form a proper looking area with it. The back has an adhesive, which I wasn't expecting, and while on one hand that would seem like a nice thing, the fact that the squares distort and stretch as you're putting them on the wall just means that even though you might think you're putting them all perfectly adjacent, you end up with a bit of a crooked mess. I bought some acoustic foam several years ago that was more rigid than this and wouldn't have had this issue. I think perhaps this foam could have possibly just added a somewhat rigid layer to the very back of each piece to prevent this from happening. It looks particularly ugly, and as such I'll likely be replacing it in the future with some other -- preferably more rigid -- solution, such as wooden slats, fiberglass boards, or just simply slightly more rigid acoustic foam.If you get this, consider measuring and marking your walls ahead of time to decide where to put the panels, and also consider spreading them apart as it's not likely you'll be able to get them to form a perfectly straight line if they're laid completely adjacent. I believe this may help improve the end result in terms of visual appearance, which is where these struggle.
