Utter crap. Doesn’t seal good at all. Wish I could return but inside one and it’s now dirty with paint. Absolutely do not recommend.

Worst online buy ever, the cans leak and wasted the oil finish I put in them.

When I opened the package every can has a dent in it.

My husband was looking for something to make homemade Sterno Heaters. Let me tell you, these cans did NOT disappoint! He used strips of old towels and tamped down inside the can, filled with HEET or any alcohol (rubbing) and one can put off heat & flame for over 3 hours! If you are a DIY'er, here's another thing to add to your repertoire!Lisa D

Great to keep small quantities for touch ups, and for small amounts of leftover paint to avoid storing a large can. The lids work just like the original cans. The screw on lids of other brands get stuck, these will not. I use a permanent marker and put paint name, brand and sheen. That way I always know how to order more if needed.

So, I got these for an art project I was working on for a Cinco de Mayo-themed birthday party. I made them to look like old cans of Latin foods that I would then use as flower vases for table centerpieces. I, therefore, did not need the lids at all, so I cannot speak on their quality. What I did notice was that when I wet the cans for the waterslide decals and a small bit of water was left inside the can, the inside edges all rusted. If these cans are made for paint and other liquids, I would assume they wouldn't rust so quickly, if at all. On the bright side, I didn't find the can itself to be leaky (I can't speak for the lids), I'm just disappointed that if I want to reuse them in the future, use them long-term, or even sell them, I'd have to find a way to rust-proof the insides. In conclusion, while I WOULD recommend these if using for specific projects (these were PERFECT for my short-term project) I would not recommend them for day-to-day use, like for storing anything long-term.
