I have a ton of pelican, nanuk cases etc… and I am always changing what goes in them. This stuff is great and it is a nice black color rather than that old crappy gray. Awesome stuff. Will definitely buy again.

I'm always reconfiguring my gear cases as I refine my portable kit. It may not be a perfect fit for your case, but if it's at all larger you can easily trim it. You just lose the sold "frame" around it. Multiple thicknesses included to better match the depth of your case, or as layers between gear. I recommend![EDIT]I added some photos of the material. Measurements are approximate. They are all 12-1/4" x 16-1/4". Four pieces are 3/8" thick without perforations. Four pieces are 3/4" thick with 1/2"x1/2" perforated grid, starting 1/2" from the edges.

NOT what is advertised. Pictures show both thin and thicker pads are pick & pluck, but only the thicker pads actually are. This makes it very hard to do my planned project when the size I actually needed isn't pre-cut for easier sizing...

Nice set of foam layers for use in creating storage boxes or the like. These are industry standard quality, if not a little better than you see in some big box stores. Note the depth, these are not super deep and the idea is that you layer one on another to create a multilayered foam system for your tools (etc).No discernable odor, foam quality is fine, and the kit is overall pretty solid.
