Very nice not as heavy as my older one that I replaced this one with. This one has a defrost where my other one did not. Very happy with this purchase and its just the right size for roasting a chicken or doing one meal in a pot which is what I mainly use it for. Definitely would recommend.

I didn't buy it yet but not having a roasting chart makes it harder to use not every roaster is the same when I want to slow cook I don't know how to cook
