I wish I had taken pictures of before and after I cleaned my gas fireplace glass. It had gotten extremely cloudy, and I thought it was just the normal buildup from natural gas. When I went in to clean it, it was a black soot film all over the glass. I pulled out these logs that I had added about a year ago to the existing ones in my fireplace (just to fill it in a little- I only used 4), and they were charred where the flame had touched them. I believe this is what covered the inside of the fireplace with black soot instead of the typical white natural gas buildup. I would not recommend these for indoor gas fireplaces. In addition to not being fireproof, they are very small. They definitely wouldn’t have aesthetically been enough by themselves, but looked alright when paired with the bigger logs I already had.

I got these for an outdoor gas fire pit. They make the flame look like a real fire as opposed to the circular flame without them.

I got these ceramic logs for our propane fire-pit that we keep in our motorhome! These replaced an older, smaller set.They are perfect! These really give the fire-pit a realistic look and feel! They are easy to maintain, store and deploy!

I guess we didn't read the measurements. They are like toy logs. Not sure where the "large" comes in.
