Make sure all parts and assembly nuts/bolts are in the box. Was necessary to buy 1 M8x45 carriage bolt and washers. Also the bench cover material feels very cheap and plastic. Other wise, so far so good with just one workout.

Directions were a little confusing which removable pin goes where. Otherwise great bench for dumbell work.

Usually with gym equipment there are complicated instructions and take forever to put together. This has to be the easiest thing I've done . Took about ten minutes including taking it out of the box and carrying it upstairs. Highly recommend

This review is for the Bonvork Foldable Workout 800/880LBS Adjustable Weight Bench. I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a sturdy, stable bench at this price. After purchasing and returning another bench, I researched for hours before settling on this bench.I do not lift massive amounts of weight. I wanted a stable bench that did not rock or collapse. It exceeds my expectations!

I work out from home and gym supplies are expensive but so are gym memberships! So spending $80 on a bench pays for itself pretty quickly! Also this opens up so much more range for my workouts! I love it, adjustable, arrived quick, sturdy and super super easy to assemble. 10/10
