Your cart is empty.2012 is a 2.00” x 0.50” fractional 10 series rectangular T-slot profile with two adjacent open T-slots on a 2.00” face. The profile has align-a-grooves to assist in alignment when connecting profiles. The 2012 profile is compatible with 10 series fasteners. It is a thinner profile that connects easily to flat surfaces and works well as a supporting structure or spacer for mounting accessories such as handles, door tracks, rails or valves.

Highest quality construction and finish. In an unconventional application, I used it to add height to an exterior aluminum door threshold. It's been installed for 6 months and shows no signs of wear. I'm very satisfied and do recommend.

Nice product. Found it on a link from YouTube from a guy putting solar panels on his cargo van. I am doing the same. Great product. The money feels high when you buy, but it is the frugal alternative compared to $300 plus for a formal roof rack system.

Great stuff. You can be very creative with it and the modular components make it easy to build with. It can be a little expensive for small projects but being able to buy smaller pieces on Amazon make small projects reasonable

Very nice. I used it to make a t-slot table that is 18"x18" with rectangle tube underneath that is bolted together. Cuts nice and taps good.

Aluminum extrusions from 80/20 are like erector set components for adults. First-rate quality and very handy for building jigs. The slots are intended for button-head cap screws but a regular hex-head bolt can be trimmed on a grinder to fit.Too bad shipping nearly doubles the cost--I would have awarded 5 stars but the shipping charges really hurt the value of the purchase.
