Steel T-Nuts for Aluminum Extrusions
80/20 offers a myriad of options for t-nuts including different threads, finishes, and sizes. We offer drop in, economy, standard, roll-in, and ball spring variations for each series. All 8020 t-nuts offer strength and stability and are durable and can be reused many times over.
80/20 hardware helps to engage the two-degree lock feature on 80/20 aluminum extrusions, which enables the connections to remain vibration resistant and strong.
Used with the corresponding bolt, these t-nuts are used with 80/20 aluminum joining plates and brackets and are connected to the t-slot grove of extrusions.

As one would expect from the 80/20 brand, these are very well-made roll in T nuts. They hold very well, even without Loctite. Much better than most knockoffs I have seen. But they come with the 80/20 price

Did not hold position in my upright pieces. Was nice to be able to add these after frame was build though.
