Works perfectly as an OEM replacement. On my 1992 115HP merc I have to cut the existing wires and use barrel connectors to splice in the new regulator.

My motor wasn’t charging the battery. I installed this which took about 5 minutes. Battery is now charging. Quality looks good.

When my OEM regulator went bad I looked for a Mercury/Quicksilver replacement but price was well over 10X this one. I ended up going for a CDI replacement and still cost 7X more. It never worked fine and end up bad after 3 months of use. I decided to give this one a try and so far it's working great. I'll update after some time but hope it goes.
