We bought this backpack on march 1, 2024 it’s been used twice. 1st trip was for two days and the second was for 3 days and the frame is already busting through the bottom of the pack. The straps are fraying and they keep coming apart when they are clamped shut. We can’t t return it because it’s already past the time we can. Very disappointed in the quality of this pack. Do not waste your money on it. Just spend the extra money to get a better pack

The IX INOXTO 65L internal frame backpack is rugged and versatile with room for a one to four day trip...(with judicious packing, possible longer). I got it to replace my aging, ultralight pack that has served me well on the trail for almost ten years. The first thing I noticed about this pack is how tough the material looks and how durable and precise the stitching appears. I like the many pockets and straps for organizing my gear and keeping things that should be on the outside, on the outside. I especially like the two water bottle pockets, one on each side down low. There is a largish compartment on the panel furthest from the hiker, but it is tight and flat against the pack, somewhat limiting the size and amount of items it can hold. At the bottom of the main compartment is a zippered pouch that will hold a fair sized sleeping bag or a spare pair of camp shoes, with room to spare. The top has a lid with two pockets, one of which is roomy and can hold loose items and things you might need more readily. There are two vertical, long, narrow zippered pockets that run up the sides of the pack, but again, they are so tight to the main bag, it limits their ability to receive gear. I had trouble getting my tent poles in them. The hip belt sports two very handy pockets, one on each side. They are generous in size and each can fit a large cell phone, a couple of granola bars, or a large power bank.Of course the main compartment holds a lot of gear/food/clothing etc. and, for those who like to hydrate on the go, has a dividing panel for a water reservoir. The shoulder straps are adequately padded, as is the hip belt, and there is a sternum strap that can adjust up and down. It, unfortunately, lacks the elasticity that would have made it a bit more comfortable. Its buckle closure seconds as an emergency whistle.A welcome feature lacking in most packs at this price point are two non-adjustable, vertical, fibre stays on the inside next to the back. They are instrumental in helping to distribute and transfer the load from the shoulders to the hips. I hoisted about twenty pounds in the pack and found it to be quite comfortable. Generally, I carry a bit more weight than that for overnight hikes, so I will need to update this review when I give it more of a test on my next hike. Nevertheless, the initial hoist seems promising with regards to comfort. This pack really does have it all. Lots of room for short trips, lots of options for organizing and packing your gear, and it even comes with a rain cover. It isn't the lightest pack out there, but for its size, how well it is made, and at its price point, it is light enough. I got the eye pleasing blue one and it is going to be a shame to get it dirty.

This is not unlike most sub $100 55 +10l packs on Amazon. The bag itself is 55l and the top compartment adds the extra 10l of space. It’s good for light to moderate travel and will stand up to being kicked around a little bit. Don’t expect to take it with you to Everest or let it tumble down into a ravine, but for most lowish-impact trips it’ll do the trick. The frame definitely offers some support, and while it’s not a TRUE metal frame or anything suuuuper solid (it’s pretty much a thin piece of stiff metal) you’ll be happy it’s there, especially if you’ve got a full load. It takes enough weight off to be useful, let’s say that. As far as the bag itself goes, the material is… a bit thin. Far from useless or fragile, but I’m not going to be heaving it around as much as my higher end bags. It has enough pockets to keep your essentials close at hand, and the larger storage sections should hold a 3-day trek worth of gear if you pack well. Like most of these packs on Amazon, I wish they utilized the internal space better and offered more room for ‘stuffing’ things like clothing and soft items- but all of these companies seem to use the same (or similar) designs for their packs. The stitching seems solid enough. The haul loop seems to be sewn in there well and gets the pack on with no issues. The compression straps seem to slip a little bit once in a while, but I’m sure that can be remedied by roughing them up or tacking them up a tiny bit. There’s enough ventilation in the shoulder and waist straps to stay comfortable and the same goes for the lumbar pad. One issue that really bugs me is the fact that the rain cover isn’t attached. It just kinda rolls up into the bottom pocket when you’re done, but maybe that’s more of a personal preference. The whistle on the sternum strap isn’t going to signal everyone in a mile radius, but it’s there and it makes noise for anyone close by- should you need it.All in all, I’ll definitely get use out of this bag on some trips and it’s a good purchase for what it is. I wish it offered a few more things, but for a >$50 pack, I really can’t complain. As long as you’re not going out into extremely rough terrain or expecting a pack that’s going to hold a week’s worth of clothes and gear, it’s a worthwhile investment.

Value for the money, just don't go hiking Mt. Everest. It is a budget pack, that exceeds expectations of a budget pack. The backing is a stiff plastic board (not sure has I have not taken the pack apart to investigate), but the backing is stiff and there are 2 removable metal stays (rods) to keep the pack upright. I've been wearing the pack, with 12 500ml water bottles just to test. 2 hours so far, so good, comfortable. Materials, fabrics seem durable. Hope the stitches are up to the task, time will tell. I am a day-hiker, not over-nighter. May take it to Mt. Fuji next year, but not for 2-3 days out. Sufficiently spacious, with straps all over and rain cover. I was consider another Arc-tyrex or Karrimor, but am not a serious hiker to spend $200+. I am wearing this as I write. :-)
