Such a work horse this mixer is. Even though weight of the mixer is quite heavy, it does perfect job. I usually make contemporary Neapolitan pizza with 70% to 80% of hydration. I have tried several stand mixer but none of them worked great. I think this is a great starter of spiral mixer with quite competitive price. Wish there were different speed settings but still awesome.
