Opened kit, and one of the o-rings was damaged. I ordered different kit to be able to finish project.

It took me a few months to get this installed so I cant return it. The o-rings are proper size, but the main seal on the exterior of the tilt rod is wrong, it will not fit in the cap. this was the main seal I was replacing and it being wrong was very frustrating since boat is now down longer while I order another kit. This is not a direct replacement for 878408A1 - buyer beware
