Not even close to 45,000 RPM. Tested with fully charged 3.7-volt Lithium battery and motors did not even reach 13,000 RPM. Returning.

These things are tiny, I powered one up and tried to use my fingers to stop it. Just about got a friction burn.

Doesn’t work right

I'm using these in a small robotics project, where I needed a highly responsive motor in a low-load scenario (a fast-slew positioning plate) where positional accuracy is managed separately through an encoder wheel. These little motors were an interesting alternative to steppers - they were easy to integrate using a 3d-printed mount, produce enough torque to drive my mechanism through a small belt-drive, run on low voltage, and respond quickly to input. My only complaint was that the connectors & wires are so small, but it's working well enough so far - we'll see if there's any heat accumulation in extended use.
