Yes they do begin to thread but because they are not tapered with a cutting edge, they DO NOT WORK! I had to drill. Tap and get lock washers. Check all sellers that use these measurements. You are better off buying from the dealer for a couple dollars more and getting that day.

The flange head is too small and barely grabs with OEM hole size. You have to get a washer to make it work.
