When I first saw these, I thought they were going to be too big, but they were not. They do the trick protecting a cut that just keeps opening back up because it's above the knuckle on my dominant hand. Band-aids these days just don't stay on throughout the day. My one gripe is they easily get discolored and soaking them in dish soap did nothing to remove it. I can't even think what I touched that caused the transfer of black to the silicone.

While playing basketball I ended up injuring my finger. I needed something to try and splint it that wasn't too cumbersome and worked with my active lifestyle. Believe it or not after spending probably near $50 on other assorted products, these coupled with a cut down popsicle stick and 8 weeks did the trick. I recommend these since they didn't immediately make my finger look like it was injured, and it was easy to remove for washing dishes or shaking hands etc.

I tried these out for my right thumb. I’m on the computer all day for work and my right thumb started to take the brunt of it. Holding the house in my right hand was causing small areas of hard skin on my thumb. I first used it and it really didint make a difference in my mind, until I used the mouse without it one day. Big difference! It protects the finger, you get a good amount of sleeves for the price and the stretch, amazing. They are a soft silicone jelly type sleeve, but it does the job. Easy to put on and take off. The only thing I will say is it does keep the finger a bit warm. Nothing horrible or painful. It works well for my needs.
