The envelopes appear to be useable, however, there is a stack of envelopes in the sealed package that contained water stains on them. I make handmade greeting cards and after spending many hours working on these cards, I refuse to use a water stained envelope to mail them. It's disappointing.

The paper these envelopes are made of seems heavy and they are security style with self adhesive flaps. They are perfect for most purposes.

This item is SO hard to find, even in the Big Box office stores. They seem to be a gum seal, no privacy pattern, only with windows or a box of 500. I'm so glad I found this; it came on time, as advertised and in great condition. You won't regret this choice.

These were perfect for a #9 remittance envelope. My respondents will like the self-seal feature as well as the tinted inside for security when mailing their checks back to me. They are not too expensive and seem to be of adequate quality.
