I was excited to receive this baking set. I enjoy making cheesecakes and liked the idea of the silicone baking pan. This set overall did work very well, the cheesecake came out nicely, however, that was not the problem. The reason for the two stars is for the quality of the spring-form pan. When I washed the sides of the pan, the high carbon steel lining peeled off in several places. I am unable to use this pan again. I would not recommend this product because of the poorly made spring-form pan.

I remember using my mom’s old spring form without much success. When my niece wanted a lava cake and I would need one to make it I searched to see how they had modernized the spring form pan. This one was inexpensive and worked great. Tight seal and the silicone sleeve adds extra protection. Non stick surface was smooth too. I highly recommend.

I needed a bigger sturdy cake pan for making my cakes and this one works great. No issues with rust when washing.

This springform pan set is awesome, especially for baking cheesecakes! The pan itself is nonstick and super easy to use—the removable bottom makes it so simple to take your cake out without messing it up. I also love the silicone protector! It keeps the water out when you’re baking in a water bath, which is perfect for getting that smooth cheesecake texture. The parchment paper is such a great bonus—it’s pre-cut and saves so much time. Everything feels sturdy, and nothing leaked, which is a huge plus. If you love baking, this set is definitely worth it. Easy to use, easy to clean, and great results!
