Your cart is empty.This Square D Pumptrol 9013FHG12J52M1 air-compressor pressure switch controls an electrically driven air compressor in a power circuit when the adjustable threshold upon falling is reached and is set to turn off at 125 psi. The switch has a 1/4" NPSF internal fluid connection and is suitable for use with a lower-horsepower motor with 1.5 hp or less. The non-adjustable differential is 30 psi, and the adjustable cut-out range is 70-150 psi. The switch is diaphragm actuated and has a fixed differential. The threshold, or setting point, upon rising adjusts with a screw nut. The switch has screw terminal electrical connections, and two 2-pole NC contacts open on rising pressure. The enclosure is National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Type 1 and Ingress Protection (IP) 20 rated. The switch is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed and Canadian Standards Organization (CSA) certified. The maintained manual cut-out lever has auto and off positions. It looks ok, I returned it as it doesn't have an unloader.

No unloader, but that's right for my old compressor. Did not come with instructions, I thought it had two adjustments, but I think it is only the one main adjustment like all of these have. The second, smaller one, seems to be just tension for the on/off switch. It does have a little tab inside that looks like it could be used as an override button, as it is attached to the switch. I think I will drill a small hole in the back plate and put some kind of plastic pin there to poke the tab, to use as an override.Also it came out of the box adjusted to about 100psi. No big deal. Adjustment is part of the process.
