Check Your Tires
Tire tread depth less than 0.8mm would need to be immediately improved and be re-inspected within one month. Motorcycle registration and license would be subject to suspension if the tire tread depth re-inspection is overdue or failure to pass this re-inspection.
When Should Change it?
Please have your tire replaced when tread depth has reached the tread wear replacement indicator. It is recommended not to use the tire which is more than 6 years from the manufactured date.
Causes of Tire Blowouts
Over or under inflated the tires, no sufficient tire tread depth and tire life been extended too long are the likely causes of the flat tire.

The scooter/motorcycle tire thread patterns, tire formulas and constructions as well are designed based on over half-century experience we accumulated as major motorcycle tire and inner tubes wholesaler/distributor in Taiwan. The soul behind the brand is to have the great quality of tires that are in line with global renown premier motorcycle tires with great deal available to millions of users in Taiwan and to the many millions more riders in rest of the world.
The motorcycle/scooter tire was 100% made in Taiwan by our affiliated factory, GUMONDER INDUSTRIAL CORP located at Nan Tou Hsien, Taiwan. To ensure we could deliver what we envision to do for 5A Tokyo, we go beyond just designing and selling, we even inject capital to take equity investment of the factory and invest heavily on production facilities just to reinforce the brand sprit that our offering is with good quality that is in line with internatnational standard with great deal.
5A01 is our first tire pattern launched under 5A Tokyo was designed for metropolitan traffic for balanced thread pattern, good grip for both wet and dry, with distinctive diamond shaped tire shoulder to improve the turning handling. The launch was a great hit in our local Taiwan market and since then we sold tens of thousand of them each year after its first appearance in the market nearly 10 years ago.
Fueled by our success in 5A01, we had 2nd thread pattern design, 5A02 in 2015. The series is aiming for a smoother and safe ride during the city traffic, both wet and dry. A wider contact surface with road is also designed in 5A02 scooter tire to provide for better tire life in paved road condition.

It fit the Rim but Had to make some Adjustments because it's a little big. I'll keep an eye on it just incase. But all in all I like. 👍

These have seen about 300 miles of road so far and seem to be holding up just fine. I’ll probably purchase another set in about 2500 miles.
