Held up solid so far for the 7 hours of use over 2-days. Zipper and shoulder strap have no signs of wear. The original manufacturer bag fell apart after a few hours of use.

I was glad that the bag fit my leaf vacuum, but that's the only good part. Cheap material, bad zipper design, and the plastic connecter chipped and rendered the product useless in about 10 minutes of light use. I do not recommend this product at all! I can't think of a worse product on Amazon that I've ever bought.

My model was an 8500 so this bag is slightly smaller and the zipper for opening does not open far enough to easily empty the bag. It is satisfactory for my use and I am pleased with the product.

I haven't used it yet but it seems to be a fairly sturdy, well constructed bag. The zipper has an inside the bag overlap which should work great. But the zipper is not as long as the original equipment bag which might make it harder to empty the bag.Update now that I have used it. Overall, the bag worked fine but as I suspected, the shorter zipper made it hard to empty the bag. I basically had to reach in and pull out most of the leaves.

I have the Black and Decker LH4500 Leaf Hog. The zipper on the original bag finally wore out and would not stay closed after zipping, so I ordered this bag as a replacement, and have now used it twice to pick up leaves and have filled it about a dozen times. This bag is a few inches shorter, so its capacity is less, but this is not a detriment - the original bag started to really feel heavy on my shoulders when it was filled, so I don't mind this change.There are two changes that I wish had not been made from the original design. First, the zipper has been reversed, and now starts at the bottom on the end of the bag, instead of at the top near the inlet. This makes the bag more difficult to open when full, and to close when empty.Second, there is a nylon fabric "chute" attached to the inner end of the inlet nozzle, apparently designed to direct the debris farther into the bag. After just a few uses, this fabric has become completely frayed, and debris gets tangled in the threads, clogging up the opening into the bag. (See photo). I'm not sure how effective this chute was intended to be, but its material and construction is completely inappropriate for its use. I may try to replace it myself with a different, more durable material, or just remove it altogether.Otherwise, the bag works fine. The nozzle fits perfectly to the blower, the bag fabric appears to be durable, and the strap is longer than I need.
