1st lamp I received did not work at all and I ordered a replacement. I installed the 2nd lamp on Feb 21st worked fine and now on March 5th screen goes black. All I want is a working non faulty lamp. I would like some communication.

This lamp arrived in a package that had obviously been opened and returned. The lamp was horribly scuffed up from either a botched install or perhaps was even someone's old lamp. Deep scratches and scuffs on every surface. Additionally, this lamp was clearly an inferior design from my old one which had also been purchased on Amazon. As one minor example, but indicative of the shortcuts taken on this lamp, the attachment screws were tiny and cheap as opposed to the quality, large, knurled ones on my old lamp. The most concerning issue was the lamp had glue points on the lens that were large and clumsily applied.Everything about this lamp looked cheaper and more poorly constructed than my old one. You can do better, look for a different one until this vendor improves their quality and inventory control. This one appears to be poorly constructed and assembled. It was also as previously stated, clearly a damaged and returned item.The one positive was that Amazon customer service remedied the situation quickly and satisfactorily.

I have bought several of these bulbs. They are no good. Just got another one and didn't last not 1 day. Then you take it back to ups to get your money back. I'm done and just going to keep searching. Now they want a star rating...smh... I love Amazon, but the bulbs are no good.

Lamp is easy to install and works well when initially installed. Dims quickly over time and failed in 1.5 months. Lamps from manufacturer are $200 and last ~3 years which is ~$8.35 for the same 1.5 months. Too bad Amazon does not allow returns for products older that 30 days. I have tried several lamps from Amazon and have had issues with many, but a couple have worked for ~1 year. The problem is that the distributor names continue to change so I cannot find the same failed lamp distributors. Probably renaming there company and distributing the same parts. I have started tracking the companies to try to identify the ones that are worthy.

Took a bit to get it in place, for a second i didn't think it was going to fit, but little wiggle and it slid into place. TV fired right back up and was good to go! For the price and one day shipping, this bulb is great! We'll see how long it lasts...but for 1/3 third the price... Im Gunna order another one for a spare!
