At first I couldn't think of why you might need 3 servers, and then I thought about how we lost our last one (very expensive) at a gathering and we never got it back. These servers are the perfect 'use and not afraid to lose' set. We'll be leaving our new expensive one at home and bring one of these to the next gathering, there's 3 in the set for a reason, lol. They're sturdy, a tiny bit rough around the edges (literally) but completely functional.

I love these!! I needed something for cutting cakes and pies. These cake servers are perfect and very well made. I was shocked at the size and weight. They clean up real well and still shine afterwards. Highly recommend!

Despite the box arriving kind of crushed, the product arrived in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy these felt; they have a good weight to them and are a thick enough metal that they don't feel flimsy or like they'd bend. The gold is not too yellow (which I hate), and is a nice brushed finish so you won't worry about smudging. The edges were finished nicely and they seemed to hold up pretty well through the wash; I still wouldn't use anything abrasive on it just in case you do end up damaging it. They're really pretty and feel very good quality, however, they are just for serving not for cutting; you will still need a separate knife to cut.Overall, I think it's a decent price for the quality and the fact that you get 3. I'm very happy with them and can't wait to use them at my next dinner party.

Positives first: they look really cool (I got the black variety, and it's a nice matte finish almost like gun metal). The handle design looks nice, too, and they're a good size. We've been without a good server for a while, resorting to clumsily moving cake/pie on a fork or knife (which doesn't always go well), so we're very happy to add these to our kitchen hardware.The negatives: the handles feel almost sharp to the touch sometimes, on the back side. They're not very comfortable to hold, as a result. It would have also been nice if one of the server edges was sharp enough to cut through cake or pie when serving, but those edges are smooth. It's funny how it's dull where you want it to be a little bit sharp, and it's a little bit sharp where you want it to be dull.We'll keep using them, they work fine and look really good, but I'd stop short of recommending them.

These are not fancy, and their edge finish is a bit thick and squared, but great value. They have a very good weight and a brushed (not mirror) finish, so they stand up well to mistreatment without showing it. No issues in the dishwasher. I tested them aggressively on Corning Ware white casserole and white porcelain, and they left no metal streaks, unlike cheap cutlery.My favourite feature is that they nest nicely and don't take up as much space as the ONE silly round-handled lifter I used to have competing for space in my utensil drawer.Very satisfied!
