I am giving this 5 stars even though it came with the correct trees but the lights for the 5ft were only 4ft. It was so easy to get a replacement. The replacement was perfect, lots of options and fun color options. I like the customize options.

I’m very unhappy with customer service. There were not enough springs & connectors included in the box. I used zipties instead to make it work. I’m unable to contact the seller for the missing parts because I get directed to Amazon Customer Service; the only option provided is to return the tree and that isn’t a viable option. We need a Christmas tree for the grandkids so we will keep it. The good news is the kids like the lights & colors. The remote is just okay, but the app works well.For effective service recovery, I think the either the seller should send the missing parts (but there is no way to contact them) or Amazon should write this purchase off and send a full refund.

I really like the size of this tree. I love the color changing lights. Assembly was so-so. A bit irritating but doable. The remote doesn't work. I didn't want to disassemble the tree to return it so I am living with no remote. Not the end of the world but you do expect things to work as advertised. It's definitely a 5 star tree if the remote would work.

Not worth what I paid. It included no instructions and was missing three of the clips to secure the light strand to the base. It was simple enough to figure out how to build it with some minor trial and error. With some zip ties I was able to complete the build process despite the missing parts. The light show options are basic, nothing super impressive… none swirling around the tree like we have seen with our neighbors trees like this… If it were a 20 dollar purchase I would give it 4 to 5 starts but for what I paid it’s 2 at best.

Very pleased with these, especially for the price. They’re exactly as advertised. I really like the color options. Like most of the string light trees they’re a little underwhelming and not attractive during the day but when lit up at night, they work really well as part of the decoration.

Easy to assemble. Looks great. Super colorful options on the remote control. Use the remote control making it convenient when the tree is outside. Tree looks great and bright from the street. Seems easy to store which is important to save on storage space.

I originally bought 2 boxes of the 4ft and 5ft trees. One of the pairs of trees worked fine, but on the other the star would only partially light. I sent that pair back for a replacement and when it arrived only one worked again. This time one of the stars would change to an odd color and get stuck there, where the other fully worked. I ended up having to return that pair too. The two trees that I was able to keep look really nice.
