Product Features

It is a snap-action precision changeover switch including a tiny contact gap.

This switch is well suited for logic-level & power-duty loads.

Power duty switching through silver alloy contacts.

Product Applications

These are used in our daily life like home appliances, cars, industrial equipment, etc.

These are used as control switches, limit switches, etc.

These switches help in detecting paper jams in printers.

These switches are used within control circuits of different appliances like small-size motors, lamps, solenoids, etc.

These are used as a jam detector in vending machines & also to detect coins once entered into the machine.

These are mainly used to detect the open-close position of the valve.

These switches are used as security apparatus in lifts and door interlocks in microwaves

Working principle

By external mechanical force transmission elements (by pins, buttons, levers, rollers, etc.) will be used to force action on a reed, producing reed instantaneous action when action shifted to the critical point, so moving contact with the fixed contact spring at the end of the action point fast on or off. When the force is removed on the drive components, action reed produce reverse action force transmission element reverse stroke when the action reaches a critical point reed, instantaneous reverse action.

Well built limit switch! This has the longest trigger lever that I have used and I love it! Easy to wire NC / NO setups but I certainly recommend taking this switch into consideration before planning your circuit as the mounting configuration is a little non-conventional. It has a satisfying click and is robust. All-in-all, a great set of switches for the right applications.

I'm working on adding CNC to my lathe, These micro switches are perfect for end-stop limit sensors. They have universal mounting holes, and the roller end makes it easy to mount near moving carriages.I like the fact that they are sealed, so I don't have to worry about cutting fluids getting into the switch.

I love that these have the wiring diagram cast into the housing instead of a label or some flimsy note thrown in. They work well with a positive click on actuation.

These switches are plenty beefy and I love keeping them around for electronics projects. These long arms can be cut down if needed for your application. Very standard size which I enjoy. Would recommend.

These are pretty good limit switches. They have a nice construction to them. The platic housing is pretty solid and all the metal is nicely finished. The switch has an auditable click to it. It is actually a bit stiffer than I expected. The leverage of the long pressure metal helps, but I'm surprised it takes as much force as it does. It isn't bad, but I would have liked a little less to activate it. Overall I'd recommend them.

I really like these limit switches. While they are large enough to function in on my machine, they are small enough that they fit into the narrow spaces between moving parts. The only downside to these switches is the wiring. It's great that the wires are epoxied in with the switch, however, there is no shielding. Electrical noise around the machine may cause false triggers, i'll have to manually decouple the leads to ground through a capacitor to ensure there is no issue.Beyond that, the switches function well, and repeatable enough for my needs. The additional benefit of being water resistant, means coolant won't seep into the switch and cause issues.

The microwave oven was acting up. Open the door, and it's still cooking! Very annoying. Scary. I had to unplug it or close the door to stop that. The door has 3 microswitches, and the bottom one was broken. Searched everywhere, but didn't have a single microswitch in any of the junk boxes !?. For versatility I selected the ones with a long lever. In this case I just snipped the lever off. It went in no problem. Oven is back to normal. These feel like good quality. Sure is nice to have a few spares. This microwave sticker inside says it was manufactured in 1995. So, the OEM switch lasted 30 years...One note about microwaves... I got lucky here. If a door switch is jammed, broken, or for some reason is not functioning properly, for microwave exposure prevention it may blow a fuse deep inside. Then the oven will never work, unless you can find that fuse... Asking price for nine of the microswitches was $7.98.

Well-made limit switches - needed some bump sensors for a robotics project, and these look like they will work great. At just about a buck per piece, these are not bad, well-constructed, fairly lightweight, and has a pretty decent sensitivity for my use. The mounting holes are in two diagonally opposite corners so it was hard for me to find a good way to mount them - will need to figure out the mounting later, but for now they are good for testing purposes until I am ready to put the final prototype together.Five stars!
