This pan is nice and heavy and put a nice side crust on the cornbread I made in it, so it retains the heat well. No issues with it sticking to the pan either, and I did cook it a bit longer as I like a browned crust, especially the corners. The Amazon page says it is dishwasher safe, so I ran it through a cycle. Everything came out good except for one thing, which is quite common on steel non-stick coated pans. I ran the cycle overnight, and with the rolled edge, water sat in it overnight and it rusted the water up a lot, so the non-stick coating is not on the inside of the rim. This essentially means that if you run it through the dishwasher then you should drain the rolled rim out as soon as the cycle is done. Otherwise this is a really nice pan, and the rack fits it perfectly and has the same non-stick coating on it.

Now when I bake to share I have no trouble transporting, well worth the money....and it wasn't a bad price.

This is a good quality product. The lid fits very well and keeps my baked goods fresh.

No matter what I try, the lid does not attach properly. It fits over the tiny outer lip but then it cannot latch securely. The lid is worthless in this state. The pan is nice, heavy and solid. Perhaps I received the wrong pan for the lid? Unfortunately I didn't use the lid before the return window otherwise I would have sent this back.

I love the pan itself - is heavy and durable. However, the top barely fastens. The sliders only grip the tiny rolled edge of the pan, so I wouldn't trust it to hold while carrying a cake.
