These are (overall) very nicely constructed bookshelf speaker stands they really look high end! The construction is solid and can easily handle 90 lbs of speaker 🔈 weight. I originally purchased these stands for an older pair of Polk Lsim9 speakers that are 33lbs a piece they handled the weight easily but at the last minute decided to change out for the R200 instead. (as you can see in the photo).Steel beams secure the weight while providing very minimal vibration through out! Even at 90 plus db! If you want to reduce the vibration even more (don't know why anyone would need to do so) you can use cat 🐈 litter or sand and fill the steel beams this will take quite some time because the opening is only as large as the screw hole but if you're patient it can be done.For the price construction and appearance I feel is justified.
