I bought the battery replacement for my IPOD and the battery didn't help at all. I wish I would have never bought this battery replacement - wasted money.

Just like the one that came out of 6th gen ipod touch. Soldering it in was a bit of a challenge but successful. There's no way around soldering as that's the design of the device.
