Was not easy to change - could not get pin out of wastegate even after removing C clip, I think it's pressed in, so had to rotate entire actuator to unscrew it - in order to do that, I had to dremel the bolts shorter to get the old one out, and dremel the bolts on the new one to get it in - just about 1/8" or so, and was able to swap the two. Not alot of room to even get dremel in there, but its possible. Car runs great now, restored power, avoided costly Turbo replacement.
