This Automatic Transmission Filter Kit was very easy to install on my FJ cruiser truck, it fit perfectly and looks even better than the original, as you can see in the image it looks very good and worked the same as the original that the truck had brought This is great quality so I am happy with the change.

Didn’t fit my 2.7 Liter 2006 single cab Tacoma. But that was my fault for not doing more research beforehand. Either way, built strong and looked good 👍

Physically it looks just like the OEM filter so it should fit without any issue. The kit comes with the transmission oil pan gasket so you won't have to buy a separate one which is nice. I'll have to assume it's going to do what it's supposed to do since this is something that won't be easy to see while it's doing its job. The filter metal housing came with a couple of dents on it so I'm not sure if it will affect performance but it looks like it'll be ok since they're not deep dents but nevertheless it would have been nice to have it packaged in more than just a plastic bag in a plastic bag. This, however, is about 1/3 the price of other vendors that don't include the gasket and 1/5 the price of OEM if you include the gasket in the purchase.

The filter kit is functional and fits fine.I'll just give a really be careful Warning.I talked to a Certified Toyota Mechanic.If you live in the snow belt. You may want to skip the filter change and stick with changing the fluid. The bolts on the pan snap off with just a little salt corrosion.He claimed the filter didn't need changed, just the transmission fluid.
