  • Case 1: Check whether the positive and negative terminals of the power supply, ACC, and high-level input and output are connected correctly. Case 2：Please check whether the input and output speaker wires are grounded or short-circuited.

  • Case 3：The positive ACC line must reach 12V. Check if the ground wire is correct and secure. Case 4：Check if the wiring harness fuse is burnt out. Case 5：Please check whether the input mode is selected correctly

  • Case1: Check the host DSP switch, you need to turn on the Manual/PC control (ON). Case2: Please check if the LCD controller is switched to the correct mode. (Note that incorrect mode will result in no sound)

  • Case1: Are the sound volume, sound frequency, etc. settings too high Case2: Change the installation location to avoid power interference.

  • Case1: Please disconnect the REM line of the external amplifier, connect the REM line of the added device to the DSP "REN" line, and switch the DSP (ACC and HOST) switches at the same time and try once each.

I have done many DSP installs, mostly standalone DSP units with separate amps and have found that this unit is a rebranded unit from China that you can find under several brands here on Amazon. They all have the same layout and use the same contols and app. This unit has the same interface and versatility as the much more expensive setups AND has a very good sounding multichannel amp integrated although lower power. If you have efficient drivers this with a sub amp will suit the audiophlie in you.
