I recently purchased this lamp on Nov 21st 2024 and now it is giving me a red signal asking to replace the lamp. It doesn’t even last that long from the time of purchase and I spent 81$Not a good product for this price

Got it October, failed today of this post. There is no real support for this. I would not recommend this product. I will change my rating to a 5 if they can replace this lamp with one that won't fail in such a short time.

The lamp works great. We had previously gotten just the bulb with no casing, but it burned quickly. This one heats up quick and is quite bright, and was easy to install. Happy with the purchase.

Bulbs fits perfectly. Even comes with soft glove to install the bulbThe company (Abitan) that sells this bulbs has extremely good service.I purchased a bulbs that had some dark areas in the projection.I contacted them and I got an immediate reply.I sent them pictures as requested and they sent a replacement without question.Received it in a couple days.Replacement bulb is perfect.Nice to see a company on Amazon that cares about their customers.

The lamp was packaged well. Came with protection around it. Initially the lamp worked well for about 5-8 hours. At that time it burnt out. However, seller was able to make the situation right and supply a new bulb. It is currently working as intended. Thank you to Carl for helping resolve the issue.

Looks and performs like the original, maybe better as I don’t remember my BenQ HT2050A projector new anymore. Brightness with the new lamp in Eco mode is like the original was in Normal mode after 3000 hours. I recommend to replace it around that usage time. Very satisfied!Buy without hassle, give yourself 20 minutes to do it right. I didn’t have to take power cord out of the projector as when you take off the cover to get to the lamp, there’s a safety switch that gets automatically depressed and kills the power to it, you can see your power LED light go off completely (on my BenQ).I’ll update here if it doesn’t last me a year.

This is a post 6-month review. Would actually say this is a better version for brightness and value for money, than the existing OEM version that comes with our Benq. The quality and picture quality is much quieter than the original. The ease of installation is very simple, and I got it into the Benq within 15-minutes. After 6-months of use, the quality is still very much functional, and this lamp actually projects better for watching shows in broad daylight. Overall, I would suggest this lamp to anyone who owns a Benq who needs a less expensive replacement.

I bought this as a replacement to a bulb I purchased from ABITAN that failed before the 200 day warranty was up. Customer service was fast and excellent and even replaced that bulb after giving me a refund!The bulb is as bright as I would expect and the picture quality is as well. With this and the great customer service, I would recommend purchasing from ABITAN for all your projector needs!

I bought this replacement bulb because I wanted to keep using my BenQ W1070 after its bulb burnt out. This is my second non-OEM brand bulb I've put in this projector, and the process of installing it in the W1070's housing is doable in 15-30 minutes if following a youtube walkthrough. I decided to buy this bulb because I got at least 2000 hours out of my last non-OEM lamp. I've used it for a month now (several days per week) and so far it appears just as bright and colorful as my lamps. From my experience, buying third party brands is a much more affordable way to get either the same or nearly identical quality picture. The official manufacturer bulbs are very expensive, so for much less than half the price, I'll be satisfied if the lamp lasts at least 2000 hours.
