The original part came loose and ended up being thrown away. I tried other odor controlling items but this works the best. Easy to install and works great

These help with order in the trashcan. I can tell when the filter needs changing as the order from the trash gets really strong. These really work and I would recommend these.

I have an iTouchless DZT13P trash can with the automatic sensor. Several weeks ago, I lost my odor filter that was normally attached to the top of the trash can. I don't know if it got lost with the trash or what exactly happened, as it normally clips to the top of the trash can in a way that is totally secure (i.e. no adhesive).This odor filter kit is exactly the same as what I had previously. There is no adhesive, and the holder simply snaps into place on the bottom of the trash can head. Don't be confused with another review that speaks to weak adhesive—that is talking about a different odor filter on the larger iTouchless trash can model. This particular odor filter holder is a single piece which snaps into place—there is no adhesive at all, and is quick to install.I'm very satisfied with my purchase, provided that it doesn't disappear on me again! 😅

This is the most expensive trash can on the planet, not because of the initial price, but because the design allows the odor cartridge to fall into the trash. This is the THIRD cartridge I've had to buy and they're $30 a pop, which is INSANE.Now they're sold out of the stick-on ones which are probably a better solution, but you can't even order them, which tells you how badly customers need parts to maintain the functionality of their initial purchase. So disappointing.I've just stopped buying these because they are literally just falling into the trash and getting thrown away, which means there is essentially zero difference between this and a regular trash can. Buyer beware!

The one I got with the garbage can the smell never was in the garbage can with that filter thing on but now I can smell the garbage

Easy to install. Lasts a decent amount of time. Definitely makes a difference in garbage odor

Fit into place as it was supposed to. I guess it helps with odor. I don't smell anything until the lid is open. So I don't know if that is due to the lid or it.Update: I have dropped this down by 1 star because the basket falls out more than it should. When I originally bought this trash can, the basket never fell out. This has at least 3 times since we bought it. It's not something that will make us buy a different one but it can be frustrating when it happens.
