I was mystified when the factory fan went out since thats not the typical failure. I installed this aftermarket replacement and it died in less than a year. This will be the second one installed in less than a year. Fool me once, shame on you fool me twice shame on me. If/when it fails again i won’t be buying this replacement.

The fan works great, no noise, recommend this product to all who needs one. Fit like a glove and the extension wire harness was great idea.Not an easy job installing it, but was worth the money I saved.

So far so good. I'll update my review if that changes. Lol My husband's heat went out in the car and he had to replace the blower and this came with both components. It was a fraction of the cost of what he would have paid at the parts store still not cheap but better. The sound changed a little versus the manufacturer part but nothing big. It was a pain in the butt to install lol but definitely watch some videos and be precautious as your close to the air bags depending on your make/model.

I am old, fat, and have a bad back, and after many hours of work, I managed to get this installed in my Kia Soul (Kia does not make it easy to replace...).

Installed easily.. make sure the plug is I tightly.. works very well but a little high pitch sound when on high setting.. But I can live with it..

The blower motor works better than the original name brand. Produces extreme power in blowing air and is quiet. The connector is in a better position off to the side than the original in front of the top screw that is hard to access. It was not an easy task, due to the blower being up under the driver dash tucked to the top right. I performed the work myself as a 51 yr old female. The temps outside were in the low teens and this blower feels great! Nice and hot! Great price! Auto part stores priced at $135 to $300. Labor $300 to $400+. Saved money for sure!

I was worried when I saw it was not exactly the same as the OEM part it was replacing. The wire connection is in a slightly different spot (actually an improvement) and the circumference of the fan cage is a little smaller. But it fit like a glove and works well. My only complaint is it's considerably louder than the original. While that is annoying, I have AC at a fraction of the price I could find over the counter at the auto parts store.
