My heat gun I have used to shrink tubing I guess is not concentrated enough to get the solder melted , it starts to burn the wire even with movement.

They make it seem like a good deal from photos but you literally get ONE layer of solder even though they try and trick you into thinking you have this big nice roll of the stuff, total ripoff. Basically paying for 50 cents of solder and some flux with junk wires, buy something, anything else unless you want to be disappointed and robbed. Wouldn't be so bad if they included some braided soldering wick, and ten times more actual solder but they don't so super annoyed since I had to wait after it was delayed being delivered on top of everything else. GRRR.

Pictures could be deceiving looks like very big tube of flocks It's so small I can't even get my fingers around it I ended up throwing it out that's all small it is and anyway I don't like it I don't know how to return things or else I would better off going to the store and buying it and you get to see it yourself

I have a different set of flux and solder I bought off amazon separately. And those work fantastic whenever I solder any wires. For this one I couldn't tell if it was the quality of the solder, or both the flux and solder. But it was a pain to get the solder to melt properly into the spliced wires. Also that solder tin is very sharp and I had to pry it open.
