Zero Setting
Before operation, clean the measuring faces of the anvil and spindle with a soft cloth or paper. Carefully bring them together by turning the ratchet stop. If the "0" line on the thimble does not align with the reference line on the sleeve, adjust as follows:
- Lock the spindle using the locking device.
- Adjust the sleeve with a spanner until the reference line aligns with the "0" line on the thimble.

I have absolutely no idea.I just got this junk.I thought accusize make a decent product.I do not think this is made by accusize.There is no name showed this is accusize.Cheap made, no-zero presets.

Great design and solidly built. Very accurate and will likely last my lifetime. It is even better than the ones we got from work but less than half the price! Delivery was quick as well, can not recommend highly enough. Would purchase again but will probably never need another one as this one is so good.
