This works just fine and is very close to the original part on my car. The only issue is that this seals with gravity and an o-ring. The old part had an absolutely straight shaft and fit snugly into the o-ring. This part has a small taper at the top of the shaft and sits slightly higher than the original part. So far the seal has worked but it has me slightly concerned that it could fail.

Kind of a pain to get to, but that isn’t the part’s fault. Once you gain access to it, it’s easy to remove the old one and install the new one. Worked perfectly. Easy swap!

Part was exact replacement for 2014 srx ( no headlight washer). Allow yourself a couple hours to install. Jack up left front. Remove wheel. Remove some trim under hood. Remove fender liner.. Then you can access washer reservoir.. tight fit under fender.. small hands would help..several connections to undo and reconnect..but dealer estimate close to 200$.

This pump was a perfect replacement part for my 2010 Cadillac SRX. It fit right in the tight spot on the washer fluid reservoir and all the hoses and plugs hooked right up.

Worked like original. Set some time aside as on my 2010 SRX I had to jack up vehicle. pull left front wheel and fender liner. Do yourself a favor and also buy trim removal pry bar to pop off the blind fasteners on the fender liner.
