10/10. I was EFI swapping my 85 K5 Blazer and put a Holley EFI fuel pump in. Had issues. Removed it and everything else and out my sending unit back in and reusable the less than a year old gasket but didn't have it lined up perfectly due to just letting the tank hang by the filler hose. And found out by filling my 31 gallon tank. Anyway So I ordered this and it works great. No issues at all.

I didn't end up using this but it was in a GM bag and has the tabs like the original.

That whas the perfect fit. My new Bosch fuel pump had the gasket without these three plastic "flaps". So I had to buy this one.

best to use this type with the fins, so your gasket stays in place.when droppig your tank, best to do it right, with right parts, because the job is no easy quick deal.

Buy this and avoid possibly having to drop the tank twice!Look closely at this OEM part and you'll see there are tabs to hold it in place while you tap the cam into place.Aftermarkets lack that, as they are merely large o rings, instead.The plain o-ring type may or may not stay in place enough to make the tight seal that is needed.This type can't move out of position, so a good seal in ensured.
