I fought a parasitic battery drain issue for over a year. I replaced my battery several times as I troubleshot the problem. During that time, because it took so long to figure out what was wrong, my battery would drain to the point that it wouldn't charge enough to start my car causing me to have buy another one. After replacing several items under the hood, I decided to replace the battery cables and sure enough, that's what was causing my problem. I haven't had any further issues. This is a good cable set.

Said directly on the description that it was made for the truck I was trying to put it in Amazon parts said it would not fit and Amazon was right they were wrong putting two contradicting statements confuses people makes it hard for them to know if a parts really going to fit

My factory harness has shorted out at the fusible link. This section had already been replaced once but failed again. The AC Delco part installed just like the factory part and has worked properly. That's all you can ask!

I purchased this battery cable for my 1999 Chevy Blazer 4.3 V6 due to one of the previous owners cutting off the battery terminal where it bolts to the battery. They had used a universal side post terminal to connect the positive cable to the battery (why, I have no idea) The wires were very corroded and pretty much falling apart and causing voltage problems where the headlights, dash, radio and dome lights would flicker badly or the truck would not start at all. I hunted around for a good price and Amazon had the very best price online so I purchased it. Very fast shipping and to my surprise, the new cables are much better than what I pulled off the truck. 4 gauge and 6 gauge on the new wires where the old ones were much smaller. Very easy to install and fit perfectly! I would buy again without hesitation.

After many years of chasing down high quality replacement parts that are at minimum as god as OEM, but at best a substantial upgrade.......The ACDelco Professional series is only a few dollars ($8 here) more than the standard OEM replacement cable.Instead of the metric and high temp shrink wrapped engine ends of cable. Nice improvement from original with improved cable insulation.Very Good for the $, a perfect fit, and an upgrade.
