I knew this was a refurb but the unit I received was branded as Google Meet hardware and required an enterprise login (whatever that is) and was unusable. I called Amazon support who put me on the phone with Acer support and neither knew what to do so I started a return process. But while on hold with the support folks I found a reddit post and used ctl+alt+shift+H to switch over to regular login.It did not come with a keyboard or mouse. Otherwise a nice product for the money.
