It works but has intermittent quirks - on start-up, freezing, slow speeds. Slows a bunch with more than 4-5 open websites. Would not buy such an older, refreshed chrome book again - get a stronger, and more recent edition.

It was delivered really fast and it was packaged very well. No damage. The computer is super fast. I researched many in this price range before settling on this one. I hope to get a lot of Use from it.

I am very happy with this purchase. The computer was very easy to set up, and I was able to start using it right away.It is very lightweight, and has an easy to see screen. It is a very good computer to take with me to work on the road.

This is my second Acer. My last one is still alive but wanted an upgrade as I'm a writer. I love not having to worry about viruses with operating in the cloud. It's perfect for my needs.

I bought this because it has the features I want at a great price. It has a just OK screen, but it's big, and I don't want a touchscreen. The keyboard and touchpad are good. It has a USB-C charging port and another that does HDMI output at 4k @ 30 Hz, so I can plug it into my TV. The performance is fine for the basic tasks for which I use it.

This item is easy to start up, beautiful screen, brightness is great, and I was pleased with the battery life. Much better than the other computer i owned. Also, the keyboard is larger which makes it easier to type things and this is the best value for my money!

Overall a good Chromebook, especially for the price. Keyboard has a good positive feel and layout. I like having the number pad. The HD 1080 screen is excellent, very sharp. Performance is great, very fast startup and switching between apps. WiFi is strong, it works everywhere in the house as well as outside on the porch. Battery life is very good even when watching videos. The touch screen is fine but since the screen doesn’t fold all the way back into a tablet it’s not something I use very often if at all.The only disappointment is the speakers. They are positioned on the bottom side which is not a problem when using it on a flat hard surface, but this is a laptop and when using it on your lap the speakers get covered by your legs so the sound is muffled. Other than that I’m very happy with this purchase.
