HOW MUCH POWER DO YOU NEED?
- Choose which devices you want to power at the same time.
- Record and add the running Watts listed for each device that you need to power.
- Record the stating watts listed for each device.
- Select the one device with the highest stating watts. Add that number to the total running watts to determine the total wattage requirement.

Ace Up 4000 Watt Worked better than expected. Ran my Fifth wheel on it for hours. Best part was the visual monitor. Has fuel level and Amp Draw. I was able to turn on all the 120V items and it showed a maximum of 24 Amp draw. This is fantastic.

Packs a lot of power. Runs off of little gas. I was also able to jump my truck used this generator. It’s worth the money. Great investment.

Great generator. Worked well and quiet. I did have the issue with the tank calapse that others have complained about but I’m sure it has to do with closing the vent with gas in the tank and change of temperature. I was able to take the plastic covers off and reposition, etc… just make sure to keep the vent cap in the on position when fuel is in the tank. I would definitely recommend as this generator is excellent for the price. I’m giving it a 4 star rather than 5 as they should say the vent cap issue in the manual but otherwise it would be a 5.

It powered a 500w air conditioner for about 20 minutes, then a red light came on, it goes into this slow mode, then shuts down. It's full of oil and gas, it's brand new out of the box. What would cause this to do this? I can start it, it will run for a few minutes under a TINY load, then shut off. It seems to run ok with the green light on with no load, but as soon as you need it for a a fraction of what it's supposed to do, it goes into red light mode and shuts off. Completely worthless chinese junk.

After seeing a revue of this generator on You tube i decided to order one via Amazon. I needed it for our Hunting expedition up in Northern Quebec. When I received the product at home I prepared it according to the Manufacturers instructions. It started right away with no problem So i brought it with us by plane to the camp. Once installed i restarted the generator , again with no problem. Stopped it for the evening. Next afternoon I followed the starting procedure but this time it would not start. Rechecked everything and tried,and tried but it never wanted to start. Next afternoon we checked the oil. It was OK . Checked the gaz. It was OK Checked the spark plug It was in perfect shape and was firing. Notting worked Now we were in a bind ,for we depended on a brand new generator to be able to charge our filming equipment, our electronics, our camp lighting and our communications. After discharging all our power packs that we had brought as back up we resorted to propane lighting. as for the rest it was complete black out with no filming. Our expedition was shot on account of one brand new piece of equipment that did not work. Now I am trying to return the generator and exchange it for one that works and it is almost more then impossible. Amazon says it can't accept a return because we passed the 30 day window and the manufacturer gives me solutions to repair it. I am no mechanic and don't want to play that role on a brand new product that ran OK for 3 hours. I need a solution .So kindly please help me

Without load this isn't as quiet as the description states. Which is entirely why I wanted to purchase this. Good price for what it is and it IS quieter than a traditional generator. It'll due.

When “Snowmegeddon” hit the DFW area in 2020 and 2021, I promised myself I wouldn’t be caught without a generator from then on out. I finally decided to pony up and buy one that we could charge our devices and use space heaters and electric skillets. This was one of the more cost efficient one out there so I went for it. Lo and behold, it was exactly what I needed! Works just as explained. The one thing I will say, please understand, YOU WILL HEAR IT! Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. BUT, if you’re using it for in home use and have it on your back porch, and you close the door/window, the sound isn’t that bad (especially compared to other ones out there). Overall, You won’t be sorry you spent the money for this one. Didn’t need to spend $500 or more for some good quality in a generator. Highly recommend.

Added oil and started right up fast. The eco mode is very quiet too. Looks like a champion invertor which cost a bit more and sure that this machine will just as well. Power is constant. Looking for a good unit at a lower price, buy this one.

Runs great, but the on off knob broke in the cold weather, anyone know where I can get a replacement for it I ve the aceup 2300
