I wasn't happy when my wife's car broke, I wasn't happy the rusted bolt broke, I wasn't happy the days removing it, I wasn't happy the bolt cost 28 bucks but a lot better than the 78 local sold, then after payment the arrival date changed a whole day later, ok I accept that so now threw days later late at night, ready to assemble, going to start raining soon , all parts are in except this bolt. There's a message your bolts running late not even shipped yet, they could should have told me the next business day after ordering they don't even have the bolt. Another drop shipper with a prime tag. Sorry for the inconvenience, sorry this buisness communication sucks. I'd rate a zero if I could . Amazon is on a slippery slope. Next day shipping don't mean nothing.(update) the part arrived one day late, job is done. I initial statement quoted 28 bucks actual price was 13 locally 78 if you could find it. I initial review 1 star updated to 4

Was happy someone actually had these to sell. Great service quick turnaround. Only thing I wish is that it came with the washers and nuts but that’s not bad.
