I was kinda worried after reading the reviews, but I'm all honesty, I think the bad reviews were because of user error when installing. I received my in perfect condition and had 0 issues putting it on. It fit perfectly and looks and hold my phone holder perfectly. For the price it's a no brainier and built sturdy and solid. I'd recommend definitely and will be ordering more from this company

Threads tapped in the wrong direction does not align with corresponding hole, picture shows screw threaded in from opposite side.

There is no USA Sizing. I measured what I needed. Did a size converter to make sure & it was 12 inches too short. Really bummed. Didn’t want to bother trying to send it back or get a refund because CSVC has become increasingly argumentative about returns & I don’t want to lose money on a restocking fee on such a low dollar item. WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Obviously, bolts were put together with a power drill/impact wrench. Good luck getting them loosened with the Allen wrench supplied. Where is the quality control here? Stripped bolt head and scratched up hands trying to open this thing. Now just going in the trash.
