This was okay, but I struggled with the amount of space it took relative to the usability of it. It seemed to take more space than it deserved. Plus, dropping it once was enough to make it break. Fine product, but nothing special.

This book stand arrived well-packaged with each piece of acrylic protected by a film wrap. It is two rectangular pieces that fit together to create the "X" shape. While the stand looks good and seems to hold my book securely, the fit of the pieces is not snug so it is tricky to move around. Since it will probably not be moved too often, this isn't a deal-breaker, but it could be a problem in a household with smaller kids who might knock it down or pinch a finger between the sections. Be sure to check the dimensions, as it may not easily hold a large coffee-table-sized book.

This is a solid acrylic book stand made of of 2 interlocking pieces. Its thick so placing a heavy book wont warp or twist the stand. When it arrived it was packaged securely and well in a thin cardboard box. Once opened, the acrylic pieces has a protective covering. It was relatively easy to remove when you gently got to an edge and pulled slowly.I love that when I'm not using it I can slide the pieces apart and store it flat. Great price and delivery for a simple but quality product!!

Don't get me wrong... I appreciate simplicity. Simple, elegant design is a thing to behold. In this case, however, I fear the engineering is entirely absent. What I was expecting was two pieces of acrylic that would slide together in a well-defined way to provide a sturdy result. What I got was a pair of incredibly simple pieces that - when resting on a table - look alright. When you want to move them, however, you need to be careful to have a good grip on both pieces else you're likely to see one of them hit the floor since the two pieces do not come even close to locking together.

This is a clear acrylic piece not only for decor purposes but also its practicality. It is built where you can put it anywhere in most places in your house to use as an aesthetic piece.PROS:> It is very durable as it is made of acrylic material and is thick. You can't easily break it when you put hardcover books on it. As well as, it doesn't crack easily when accidentally dropped> It is pleasant to look on the eye as it looks very minimalistic when you put it on your kitchen table and doesn't give a clutter feeling to the environment> The stand does keep the book open for either display or practical purposes. I've used it to read the ingredients for my meals and it made it easier for me to have a set space for my book to be placed on, instead of finding a space on the table without the stand> It can hold books from small to bigger sizes and you won't have any issue that the stand will disassemble> It is easy to clean and doesn't leave a smudge after cleaningCONS:> The corners are a little sharp so you do need to be careful if you have children around the house or if you might accidentally hold that part of the stand> It is clear so you can easily see stains through it or any dirt on the table where you place it

It’s a nice thick stand that is very sturdy and so far very clean. It’s definitely bigger than I thought it would be in the sense that I believe this would hold more so a cooking book or a very heavy hardcover such as a textbook. I was under the impression this would also do normal books (Title notes reading stand for open and closed books), however i do not recommend as they will not lay properly and likely make you lose your place by folding back up.

This stand is great! I love the minimalist aesthetic. Smooth, straight edges, a nice weight and super easy to assemble👍. The price is ridiculously low for this item. You won't regret buying this😊.
